Research Day

You're invited to join the annual celebration of the diverse undergraduate research taking place at AACC, in fields ranging from anthropology to zoology (and everything in between!).

There will be food, prize giveaways, and abundant student research on display.

All are welcome - no prior research experience needed!


10 to 10:45 a.m. — Keynote Speakers:
Ryan Kim and Maria Pasaylo: AACC Alumni who have transferred, graduated, and entered careers in research share about their exciting journeys in environmental science and software engineering.

11 a.m. to noon — Research Showcase:
AACC Students display posters of their current and past research and receive questions about their work.

Noon to 1 p.m. — Student Researcher Panel:
Students who have participated in varied research opportunities at AACC in a wide range of disciplines discuss their experiences and advice for interested students.

1:30 to 3 p.m. — Journal of Emerging Scholarship, Vol. 5 Release Party:
Celebrate the authors and artists recognized in this year's undergraduate research journal.
